So this brainchild is obviously Sokka showing his Tender Loving Care for Toph but in my headcanon this was maybe after that trial in LoK... so he probably totally carried her home and then like in:
panel 1. he helped her get undressed
panel 2. they took a shower together to sooth her muscles
panel 3. and then just cuddled up in bed to relax
